I want to write a long long long blog.
Cos I have not wrote for a long time.
I have been wanting to blog since Saturday and I don't understand how come I never seem to get down to writing.
I brought work home over the long weekend but I never got anything done.
I am going to try vomit out whatever I can remember.
14th May:
Woke up earlier than any other Sundays.
I had to entertain 2 kancheong grandaunts and my mom cos we had already bought tickets to 'Ratu HatiKu'.
Organised by Warna FM.
My mom had been planning what to wear for the occasion since 3 weeks prior to the occasion.
And she kept asking,"Intan dah plan baju aper nak pakai?"
And I ended up planning what to wear only the night before the event.
We got a good table.
Table #19.
Near the stage. Where I take photos, i need not come upstage.
I can just take it from my seat.
We got a good table and a good seat.
Good table cos we purchased the tickets from my matchmaker-aunty who knows a reputable lady in the radio industry.
Good seats cos my grandaunts and mom was so determine to arrive there at 1pm even though the show starts at 2pm.
Someone asked my mom,"Is this your daughter?"
Mom: Yah.. my eldest daughter but i have an elder son
Someone: Eh macam siti eh...
Me: Oh no.. I am far from there..
*kalau macam siti intan kembang ader la*
Hahahaha
So she introduced us to the Deejays in Warna and Ria. And I am like, who is who?
Cos I dont quite listen to malay radio station.
My mom enjoyed the Haron Ismail's slot.
I didnt know there was a 'joget mak andam'
And everyone was asked to stand and joget but apparently they ended up clapping.
Me?
I just sat down there, smiling at my mom and snapped pictures of her.
AB Sheikh hosted the show very well.
I was laughing almost throughout the whole show.
Some of the makcik nearby was seriously placing her head 45 degrees on the table and banged the table laughing.
I was like,'Oh my god!'
*lol*
The highlight was when Taufik Batisah appeared on stage.
Girls, teenage girls, mothers, makciks swarmed the stage like bees and within seconds!!!
Many tried to get on stage.
The radio deejays had to stand below the stage to stop more girls from getting up the stage.
There are 2 particular girls they were like practically grinding up to him and it is so obvious that he is so uncomfortable.
I mean, where are the mothers of these girls?
My jaw LITERALLY dropped ok.
Well, we managed to get a photo with Taufik.
My baby cousins and me.
Cos that 'somebody' brought him to us.
3 liner punya conversation with Taufik pun ok per.
*lol*
Haiya only it was all so disorganised.
I gave way to my baby cousins and stood at the end of the group to take photos with him.
And my aunty forgot my face in the photo
*pout*
And while taking the photos, these makciks are literally pushing me.
*slap forehead*
15th May:
MY BIRTHDAY
MY 24TH BIRTHDAY
See why I told you that fanily is important.
Within the 12am slot, my family was definitely the first group of people to wish me.
My sister, brother(thru sms), mom, dad and Fzam.
My sister and me goes through the yearly routine.
Everytime it is my birthday, she would play for me the song by 50 cent - It's my birthday(in da club) and we start jumping and dancing in the room, singing on top of our lungs.
*lol*
There are also other people who called or sms me at the 12 o'clock hour
Asad called me from camp
Sharifah sms me:
Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. May all your dreams come true. Happy birthday ot you darling. I remember and miss you always. Take care lady. Cannot call you 'girl' already tau.
(*sob*sob* i hate the portion of growing up)

Somebody msg me on the M1 internet sms system on the same day:
Hope I'm not too late to wish you "Happy Birthday". May your wish and dream come thru.May Allah bless you.
Wahh... this sender did not give me his/her name.

Secrect admirer pekak punya case. Cos cant send card and flowers or chocolates.
Presents far from it ler.
Ouh pls.. I only looked at the msg again later that evening trying to figure who my 'suspects' would be.
Haiya... didnt take me a long time to figure
Obviously the person:-
1) Doesn't want to be known
2) Knows my culture of giving people birthday wishes at 12am that why he wish he is not too late
3) Makes it sound neutral to have Alah bless me (thank you)
4) HAS BAD ENGLISH WRITING STRUCTURE!
ok ok meh teacher ajar you.
May your wish come true(not thru)
I was sharing this with Sue suring lunch
Kekek kekek sey kiter ketawa.
I had my birthday lunch at Sakae Sushi again.
One of my favourite places now
But will not go there to eat unless he brings me there.
*lol*
We went there with Hui and had a good lunch.
What made it better was during lunch, i was presented with a gift.
I think many would squeal
Hui squealed on my behalf.
I was juat quiet and reacted so oppositely.
10 mins later, I said 'Thank you'
*lol*
Thank you for the great birthday lunch and prezzie.
Didnt ask for THAT much so next time no ok.
So what did I do on my birthday?
Work
Mandarin Class
Dinner at the shop
Home
But guess what was the sweetest thing ever?
11.59pm:
Dad: Intan!
Me: Yes daddy?
Dad: Just before the day ends, "Happy Birthday" *smile*
*heart melt*
I am not the kind of person that exactly knows how to show affection so i just kissed his head.
