The last time we brought Rania to the swimming pool, it did not work out.
She was crying non-stop so we thought it was because the water was too cold.
I was so hyped up dressing her up in a bumble bee swimwear but she refuses anything except being carried.
She is afraid with sounds of the water, even during shower. I can never come out dry because she will be climbing all over me during her shower.
Over the weekend we brought her to the beach and was very excited about it because her Mama (Baby Sishter) bought her beach toys.
My mum and some other warned me that not many babies like the feeling of the sand.
True enough!
She was crying the minute we put her down on the sand or in the water.
There are times when I managed to distract her to play with the sand with me.
But it didn't last long.
All photos are taken from my Powershot S95. Yes, the camera is not in perfect condition but it is working pretty well, knowing the fact it was terribly drenched.
Here are the remaining pictures.
It was quite sad to end the day when the sun was coming down.
But I got addicted to the sea breeze now and how relaxing it can be.
Maybe it will be a fornightly affair. Get Rania used to the sand and the sea.
This week will be the last week our calendars are filled with tuition classes.
I am beginning to love weekends again because I put aside everything else and prioritize to spend it with family. It is the time when the husband and I free up our calendars as much as we can.
How did your weekend go?
xoxo
