Let me tell you something about Spain.
People here like to pickpocket you.
All the time.
When we arrive Barcelona, my dad was looking after 3 luggage including his laptop bag and me and ein were taking care of 2 luggage each.
Abang looking for a cab that can fit 5
And a guy came almost carrying my dad's laptop bag away.
Very sleek
We didnt even notice anything. Dad moved probably half a meter from the luggage and a guy shouted,"Senor..." and then whatever i didnt understand
Today we walked out the streets of Barcelona with our bags in front of us. And still so many people on the streets aim kiter. Wah i so takut sey...
you can obviously see from the way we pose for pictures
I was using a Salvatore bag and Ein was using my Fendi
Talking about MY Fendi, Ein left my Fendi at the Barcelona airport and so slengerly walked towards the bus.
I, abg and daddy were busy loading the luggage in the bus and suddenly Ein shouted,"Ouh no!!!I left MY FENDI"
Her Fendi eh?
I turned and shouted,"Ouh no!!! My Fendi"
Yeah what a parrot.
Thank god we didnt lose MY Fendi. Else i would be heartbroken cos that is no more available in the market.
Today lunch was at Mac'Donald's. Fillet was horrible. Partly cos mommy took away 7/8 of my tartar sauce off my fillet
*pouts*
Look how happy Ein was just to have fries and wedges.
After which we went to the market nearby.
Wet and dry market.
Surprisingly we dont see our Geylang selling these wonderful, colourful things. I was amazed.
From Chocolates
To licorices
To lollipops
Huge Huge Chupa Chupps
And even ice cream!!!!
I was like Wowwww-weeeee
And guess how the market looks like?
Even their wet market looks more gorgeous than Geylang Serai
And look how huge and i mean HUGE their capsicums and strawberries are.... so mengeramkan right?
though the fish carcass look a little scary. Hahaha!
It was right after lunch that i had a craving for ice cream. Didnt buy it at the market though.. *lol*
And i treated all except for mom who didnt fnd vanilla nice.
The ice cream parlour excites me tremendously.
Just look at the colour and the numerous flavours and of course me!
*giggles*
I took a long time choosing....
in which i settled for Mint chocolate. Usually i would take chocolate but this one is nice.. *smile*
The buidlings here are really nice. Faridah was right. I couldnt stop snapping away the pics. They are really old buildings.. really nice.
It looks good outside as well as inside.
Here's what the shopping streets look like
They even had a huge thermometer... It is 24 degress here in Barcelona.
Definitely much better than it was in London.
Cold and raining.
There were many basking along the streets. Probably more than 20.
And we tried to take photo with one of them... In which we turn out to be surprisingly terrified.
But we made through it =)
And here were the other baskers which we bothered taking
And old couples dancing on the streets. Aren't they cute?
Soon after that, i indulged myself in a ZARA handbag.
Have been looking for this kind of handbag for a long time. Size and shape.
I looked at the price... 39.90 Euros... i thought Wahhhh! So cheap ah!
Until i was about to pay and i thought Is that close to $80
*lol*
Ok i was a little lucky that i get a 10% tax rebate.
*blush*blush*
Isnt it gorgeous???
Doesnt it look gorgeous on me?
*chuckles*
We ended the day with home cooked dinner.
*lol*
Making full use of the facilities of the apartment here!
Mom cooked Asam Pedas and i was only responsible in setting up the table with whatever we had.
Dinner - definitely delicious!
Ok thats it for now. Gotta shower and sleep.
It's the city tour and the egyptian museum tomorrow....
