Social networking which was MY LIFE!!!
Now it feels like running on the threadmill catching up with the necessary updates and I am still lagging behind.
Rania has been growing up right in front of my eyes and I really do see changes in her.
She is amazing in Mummy's eyes. I see her communicating with me with her body language though my mom thinks I am exaggerating. Rania's my daughter. I know! But then again, I am not trying to prove to anyone anything.
I'm just saying that she IS growing up!
She has grown longer (ok taller.. that's what I meant) and appetite is really increasing that I worry she will be fat (yes, goodness gracious me).
This is her just a week old.
She is 3 and a half weeks now.
That is like almost a month! See how time flies so fast!!!
See what i mean! I am just saying anyway..
Maternity leave is not just solely taking care of the baby.
Of course I get to interact with my little girl very well. yes, no baby talk and doing all those motherly things.
It also means that I am a domestic
Now the husband comes back smelling of Rania's S26 mixed with my very own breastmilk.
I do make an effort but Rania just doesn't seem to understand that.
I changed her diaper, feed her so that she is all nice and ready to see her Baba when he comes home and before I know it, she burps all over me.
I sighed and then go,"It's ok.. burp all over mummy as long as you feel ok."
When Baba comes home, he lifts up our little girl and she gives him that Bambi-look.
I smiled, finally able to enjoy my Tim Tams which I had it with me but could not eat.
Go.. go to your Baba.. *phew*
Talking to his little girl, he asked, "How's your day?"
"She cried, eat, sleep and then cry, eat, sleep," I replied, seriously enjoying my chocolate.
"Awwww... that seems like a hard day for you."
Yeah right Baba.
I forgot to tell you about her poo and pee and that she hates water when I shower her and SHE gets me wet.
So you think you can handle motherhood?
Trust me, you just will!
xoxo,
