When I received a Canon for my birthday almost a yr ago (yes, I am turning 28 in a couple of months, though the fiance insisted it was 29 and got a major pinch from me), I was so excited, I teared.
At THAT time, it costed my parents almost $1.3k for a full set.
Back then, I was ignorant naive about SLRs and DLSRs.
Getting a Canon 1000d was a huge thing for me lar.. in fact, getting a DLSR for me is a huge thing.
But technology being technology, it spins faster than my knowledge.
There were a couple of times I wanted to let go the unit to upgrade but deep down I could not because I am very sentimental about it.
Weiii.. birthday present macam ni susah datang punya tau.
But in any case, I do a lot of reading when it comes to photography.
Experts usually have certain images in their head that they look out for.
Those with a point-and-shoot, I feel sorry that you cannot appreciate a DSLR.
I do have a point-and-shoot camera.
That is meant for those who nak pinjam camera and for quick shots.
But that too is underused cos I would rather lug my DSLR.
So here are the shots from my Canon.
I know they are nice!
*lol*
That's all the photos taken from my Canon 1000d.
My best friend.
So here we were on our photographing trip to the Botanic Gardens
Our mapping shots.
His from my camera and mine from his 500d at the same spot.
Hope you liked the shots!
Will share the Canon 500d shots soon! :)
