I watched the worst of all shows last night.
Funny People







They were so 'funny' that they spoiled my mood big time.
It was the stupidest movie ever watched and almost made me die standing.
I was sitting in the cinema thinking,'Is this what the Americans think is funny?'

Ah Bengs might just call them cockster, or that is the term I would hear from them.

Still, there was a punchline which moved me for a moment

"Underneath anger is hurt.
Underneath hurt is love."

Teaching from a buddhist believer.

I thought how true that was.
We fail to understand that we get angry because we are hurt and the reason we feel hurt is becuase deep down we love.

But what if Love did a 180 degrees turn and transformed to Hate.
Will we ever be angry and hurt?
Then, it is of less effort to hate then to have all those energy-draining emotions in us.
