Good morning!!!
Yes, I attempted to blog last night - twice - but everything could not synchronise.
My eyes and body were bailing out on me.

It was a wholesome day yesterday I would say.
Woke up darn early on a Saturday morning. Usually, I would sleep in till noon at least (while I can) but yesterday I was up at 8am.
The fiance was already waiting for me at the void deck at 8.30am and as usually I was late.
Yes, I need to do something with my punctuality.

The lovely fiance made me more guilty with the Iced Nescafe which is a must-have everyday and brought me to the Eunos market for breakfast though we were running a lil' late.
He knows I would love to have almost-daily-kachang-phool.

By the time breakfast ended, I thought with the heavy tummy and lack of sleep, I would be trying very hard to keep my eyes open.

I was wrong.
The talk is good.
This is actually the first time I attended Ba'alawi's mosque talk. As the speakers are invited guests, they are really screened by the habib.

I am a good spritual feed, some probably I will share with you over time.
It was definitely not the normal syarahan that I usually attend at mosques and then when you leave, it is a waste of money.

I felt good.
I really did enlightened and rejuvenated.
It was also like a reassurance of faith at the same time. I know Allah is Great. He is and He is always on the side of those are true to themselves.

I was helping Alfi with some research on the speaker and the books he wrote and I am so surprised that he has a page on Wikipedia.

After settling things at the mosque, it was dating time for us.
It has been really ages since we dated shopping and eat and eat and eat.
I am serious.

We wanted to head down to Vivocity since we are always going to town, so on the way up, we went past the flea market at Tanglin Mall.
Being the spontaneus couple, we made a U-Turn and parked our car by the road side.

That was exactly where my day began.
I met so many people for the day and Alfi was introduced to so many people.

First I met my student whom I coached her Maths & A. Maths from Sec 2 till her 'O' Levels.
Its amazing to see your students and seeing them growing up with maturity.
I was almost speechless.

As we moved along, one of the people I met was one of the guys whom I was introduced to by my aunty's mother-in-law.
Yes, that was how extensive the matchmaking went on.
I am glad, all is over and I am pretty much settled down. It is really a relief.
Alhamdulillah.

Yes!
We did purchase our Canon Powershot SX20 and got a good package for it!!
I was negotiating for more freebies la as per normal.
I was already imagining that our honeymoon will be damn shiok cos we will have all the equipments and more than enough memory cards to take wonderful memories, without having to transfer to the computer everyday.

Imagining jer...
Heh.

I can't wait to get my hands on that Powershot la!
I hope I am seeing the fiance today cos we plan to get our tripods and cameras working.

As my day ended, I bumped my Junior College friends who dated for 9 years.
I told them that I heard they were getting married this December and insisted that they invited me along.
Nice couple only that I never managed to catch up with them, though we always exchanged our "Hi's" when we bump into each other.

They were asking when was my turn.
I laughed.
I laughed cos this time, I had a answer.

I told them who I got engaged to.
Herman said,"Alfi? Alfi Sohfian?"
I laughed and nodded and told them how whirlwind our relationship had been, which is why it is such a blast.
Herman was so amazed cos they were in the Engineering Faculty in NTU together plus Alfi didn't date any girls in the Uni so no one thought Alfi would be settling down anytime soon.
In fact, a lot of my Junior College batch boys went to NTU Engineering and we get to see a lot of people gasping in surprise when they know about our relationship and too shortly after that was our engagement.

*lol*

I think it is cute.

They might think me & Alfi is such a mismatch.
Trust me, we make a wonderful compliment.

Thank you darling, for a well day spent!
I enjoyed myself very much.
