Blackberry has one of the most horrible camera.

I was so busy with stocks coming in and the fact that I had promised my Facehookers & darlings to bake.

I was so tempted to bake muffins.

You know, eat it with butter or strawberry jam.

Very yummylicious kan!!!

But in the end, I did another round of cupcakes.

This time the classic cupcakes. No icing. No buttercream. No pretty cups.

Just plain parchment paper, cut into squares of 5".

Oil the muffin pan and just place the parchment paper in.

Yes, it is for their breakfast.

My maid was kind enough to wait for me to start baking.

I did.

10 mins past midnight.

It is really an hour job including 20 mins of preparation.

Dad ate 2 of them while it was fresh from the oven and piping hot.

Asked for one and then sheepishly ask for another one.

*hugs daddy*
