I was early for work. Earlier than usual. And it shows in my eyes. So sembab!

There are so many things for me to look into today and I was thinking of taking it simple today.
But alas! That was never the case.


I was given 5 mins to pack my things. New Boss wanted to bring me out for lunch. 20 mins later we were in the car on the way to DBS for meeting.
So hirok pikok!! till i spilled water on my jeans and top & already the weather so cold!!!

Before meeting, we had our own meeting doing heads-up and tasks moving forward.
well.. he treated me LOW FAT mocha.

Anyway, I started my morning being very irritated with one of the staff. Very very irritated. That's the thing with some people who has a little bit of power. They drive people from OTHER teams thinking that we would acknowledge their instructions on the spot.


Thing is I know my roles. I know the direction and scope of my work. I have been working tirelessly.
And I've yet to lash out over here in IBM.


No I am not planning to.
I don't do that. But I will make sure the person gets back what they deserve, if not worse.


I may lose friends at work cos I never had time for them.
Going out for lunch now is a luxury.
But I stand to my ground & I know my direction.


I am not calling for inflexibility.
I am just calling out for proper work etiquette


And New Boss just told me that he wanted me to drop my internal responsibilities to someone else and focus more on customer fronting. Which means more meetings, more minutes to be taken down. More follow ups.


I am not complaining. I am glad.


I am praying that everything work out well for Lovie and he will be in JB. I have plans for one of my good friends to be his secretary. Then it would be time for me and Lovie have plans.


Then we can have a one big Singaporean family(yes, including you Lovie) with 2 little ones in JB. I am so excited looking forward to that.


Still, I am keeping all my excitement at bay. Insya Allah it will turn out well. Mom & me have done a lot of discussions. Now just awaiting for plans to officially kick off.


I got an email from Lil' Sis at work this morning.


Her office, with prob 15 people in the office have to share a toilet. Yes. Unisex toilet.
Thing with me & her is that we never use unisex toilets!!
Thing with her is that she is so much more of a penggeli than me


She took the initiative to put a sign reminding toilet visitors to flush the bowl.


But see how the guys bully her!!! I was mad but she was laughing away when I called her
*smack forehead*


They dunk the sign into the bowl, took a picture & email the top guy & the entire co, which luckily is just an SME!









She did fret that her efforts was wasted. I understand. Cos she bought the sign using her own cash.

I'm still in the office but I can't concentrate anymore!
I'm packing up & heading to town to unwind.
