GTS Movie night @ Great World City


Tonight, IBM treated the Global Technology Services to a movie as a token of appreciation to the staffs for their good work. GTS comprises of so many accounts, one of which is the DBS Account.

This time, they invited the subcontractors, staffs like me to attend the movie night. Hearsay, they spent almost $15k on this event.


Me and my lady colleagues picked out the 6.30pm screening at Great World after which there will be a dinner buffet.


Shrek 3

Yes! I am watching again!!!
Just that this time, it is not with Dearest.


Now, the movie is THAT fantastic that I don't mind watching it again.


But we came for the movie late cos I was so stuck with work
*pouts*


I'm so into Shrek for the time being.
Funny thing is, I think i was laughing the most in the entire cinema. And I didnt laugh as much as the first time I watched the show.


Remember the first time I watch Shrek was in KL? Well, the M'sians laughed more than the Singaporeans. Or was it just the IBM-ers lacking sense of humour?

Hahahaha!


Well, Wednesday afternoon, I was too busy with work that we ordered in for lunch

For 3 people, we spent over $34 on FAST FOOD!!!
My eyes were so wide open when I heard the operator..


I couldn't help ordering the Shrek ice cream and best of it, the SHREK EARS!!!


It was buffet dinner after the movies and it was sooooo packed. Tons of people were there and we were the last ones to leave. Probably cos i was eating so much.


But it is true. Everyone stopped but i was munching away. I didn't even take time off. Teruk kan


People do say, looking at the quantity I eat, I should have ballooned 2 times my current size now.


And no; I don't have a high metabolism rate and I have not been going to the gym

I am just lucky

But mom is complaining I am fat.

Well, after dinner, I was running from one end of the Great World City to another, trying to find calling cards to call Dearest. And the longest talk-time.

The best deal I got for a $10 calling card allows me only to talk to Dearest for 65 mins.

Last night I bought only 1 calling card, thinking it is sufficient. But after 65 mins, I wasnt asleep and he had to call me from the hotel just to put me to sleep.

I didnt even think we talked for 65 mins. It seemed so short!!!

So today, I got myself armed with 2 calling cards!! *wide grin*

I seriously miss him. He is so far away in Ho Chin Minh.

But we don't.
So I can't possibly blog it up

Don't worry
He is not the young hunk material but he is all I ever wanted. I see whatever everyone else may not see and I am contented.


I think I am still lovesick so kindly excuse my cheesy-ness
*sigh*
