I was telling Girlfriend how much changes are unfolding for me.


How fast these changes are occurring
Vast changes.


Things got better at home.
It is obvious from the photos showing on the blog.


Then Girlfriend made an entrance into the family.
There is a story behind why he is called Girlfriend.
We got close. Very close and never expected anything to spark.
Not me at least.


I treated him like my own Girlfriend.
Honest
Eventually I poured out a lot of things to him.

I got very comfortable talking to him.
Very.
Prob cos he is much older than me.


No.. it is not a 20 year gap.


Anyway, Girlfriend is coming to meet the family next week.
Girlfriend did a check and he said he has butterflies in his tummy.
Me too!!!

Ok so this update till next week!


Moving on, work is getting better.
Despite more things are in my hands, more responsibility, it has been going in a good direction

I admit that there are glitches. Tiny glitches here and there. But Girlfriend said,"It will only get better"

That kept me going.
He never stop motivating and pushing me everytime.
To do better.

I opened my eyes more observing the things around me.
I was given the credit that i deserved.


Esp when the work i am doing is much more than what is expected right Girlfriend?

He is impressed.
That is work satisfaction to me.


And Alhamdulillah it only gets better.

The meetings i run and sit in goes smoother by the day

The trust the management have on me to execute and perform


Politics is always politics
Politics equates dirty and emotional imbalance.

I still experience them too.
But I managed to go over those hurdles.


Life definitely spells out a different route for me.
A route i NEVER expected

Not at all.

And I told Girlfriend that the changes are far from stopping.


He said

"There are more to come. You will see ur life changing, and sometimes maybe a bit rapid for you. In office or in your personal life, you will embark into new territory, mostly foreign to you. But in order for you to achieve your dream, we'll be taking the journey together. I will always be with you, all the way."

Yes! His english is better than mine!
Finally a contender!!!

I'm still going to keep Girlfriend under wraps.
Its not time yet to reveal.

But he has been my motivating factor
very much!

Like he will say,"What happen to your drawings"
And i know that there are things I have been ignoring.. Then i will start drawing again.


SO FAR, he has been keeping my best interest at heart.
Accomodating. Warm. Intelligent.


As much as he says I am his advisor, he is very very much mine too.
I will not do anything without asking him to advise me if it is a good move.


I may be in my mid-twenties and still left on the shelves.

But I am not some young punk trying to get married.


I shall not rush into such matters
Things have to fall in place in order for it to be alright at the end of the day.


Insya Allah there will be a right place and a right time for me to do so.
