First day of Raya was great.
I looked great definitely and that's guaranteed.
Seriously..

We brought Chiari out to jalan raya with us. It was great fun. Fetched her at 12.30pm at her condo and she donned Nurain's pink Thai silk baju kurung. It looked great on her especially when she accessorize it with her pearls. For a tomboy like her, it was rare seeing her wearing the make up. She looked great.

But definitely not as great as me and my sister of course

Chiari ate at all the houses and she held her pee till we got home at 12midnight that night cos there are no toilet rolls in malay houses.. LOL!

For the first time this year, I gave some money to the elderly in my family.. It felt good. Not because of the idea of giving but because of being able to do something for them in return. There are things which they did for me when I was younger and there was no way I could repay them.

My parents for one, were happy when they got their raya money. It was double than what they got the year before.
Mom squealed.
Dad gleamed.
And it is just great to see the happy faces. Its not about the cash.. To them, its about the pride.. I'm sure they felt it when they open the packets.

So.. the best part for jalan raya was at yayi Juki's house..They all entertained Chiari and we took a lot of photos. It was so packed and there were no seating place.Just standing place.
We went to the masterbedroom where all the lil' kids were there and the mothers and me and sister..
the women apparently were so vain..
I took pictures with my lil' cousins...And we all shouted "BELACAN!"
*LOL*
And when we took photos with Chiari, all of us screamed "WASABE!"

I am so tight right now..
