I got on the weighing scale.. after dinner... after shitting it out..

another cool weight 56.5kg..
i am still perservering and I am god damn craving for my garlic prawn pasta at coffee club express

Met Paul awhile back at the garbage area at the loading/unloading bay of all places.. Joshua, Andy.. And guess what... There is a new hunk on the block...
I think he's Malay.. just cute looking..

But it was good to meet Paul.. after so long...
