It was an overwhelming weekend.
With Lovie on the loose and the home is like a madhouse
It's not as terrible as it sounds really.


Lovie gi amik angin cos I told him to.
The house needed a LOT of SPRING cleaning especially with Hari Raya coming up.
*smack forehead*
Puasa pun belum!


Most of the time, I am worrying more and more about my room.
I am really hoping that my room turns out for the better compared to the current pig sty.
At least kalau modern pig sty pun ok la tur


It started out with Saturday night.
Family dinner as usual. But the thing that was unusual was that we had sup tulang!!!
Haiyoh!!! I never eat all these kinda things you know!
The look of the som som just kembangkan tekak aku!


And thing was that I was wearing mostly white and sitting in between men who was so vigourously eating. Especially daddy.. hehehe. He is so cute la.
Yes, I am the one who ends up vigorously handwashing his t-shirt cos it was smeared with red colouring.

Then Sunday came..
And the most exciting part was going to IKEA! Went to the one in Tampines! It is huge! So huge la ok!


I was looking for a new bed set and wardrobe remember.
Bed set was cheap but the wardrobe is masya allah. To think that it is coming from my own savings, I do feel a little pinch esp if I am staying in my room for a few more months. Unless if I have a weekend husband. Wahahaha!

So here were my choices:

I fell in love with this!








Then I was contemplating over wardrobes.
Sliding door or open door?
I prefer sliding cos it eats up less space.
Open door has the design I love!

But both looks good. Only sliding door is more expensive by about $500. Contemplating...















And we were discussing on my own choice of wardrobe which amounted to about $1700!! Excluding drawers etc etc!







But still.. I fell in love with it.

Look! It's IKEA!!

I can't help but to say this.
UNTUNG NYER KAU EINNNNNN!!!


It takes 2 days to deliver the bed and 7 to deliver the wardrobe. And I have yet to paint my room!!!
I need to buy mattress and new comforters..
Tell me.. macam mana tak stress!!!

I need my men to help me with repainting the room.
Beige room, brown furniture. Fuh! Classic.
Make sure I do have the english roses...


I have to buy curtains. Look for paint..
Just by thinking of how much that needs to be done tires me.


Tonight I have to start packing things. I mean THROWING things. Loads of books and papers to throw. Especially now that I am not teaching any longer and most are out of syllabus. So out they go!


Lunch today was with Lil' Sis.
Had so much fun making fools of ourselves, snapping pics.
