I was shopping again yesterday.
Bulan puasa shopping tak agak-agak.
Largely because I am busier this month and though I go town still pretty often, we end up coffee-ing and playing Monopoly.
It started out when Mom loves the blusher from Bobbi Brown that I am wearing and wanted to get the same.
We went there and I ended up paying $300.
2 blushers, 2 eye colour, 1 lipstick, 1 eye brightener.
And since Hari Raya is coming, I just want to share this with you.
Today, I tried and tested the product. It is soooo amazing.
I have been getting very little sleep and it really shows in the face.
Today I look all freshen up.
Thank you Bobbi Brown.
I have horrid dark eye rings which even the skin doctor said I cannot do anything about it.
Genetics.
This is what happens when you do have some Indian genes.
Anyway, the eye brightener is $55 but you will love the item like crazy.
Tip: If you have dark eye rings, please do not choose a colour u would like to see on your skin.
The thing is this, so many ladies buy a colour tone which is suited to their fairer portion on their face.
Putting a colour lighter on your dark eyes will make it look grey. Not natural.
Get 1 tone darker and yellow base please since we are asians with yellow skin. It will blend in nicely with the dark tones.
Do not really listen to the beauty specialist at the counter. Follow your gut feeling.
In fact yesterday, the lady was asking me to take a darker pink base.
Can you imagine how ORANGE my eyes will look!!!
Can you imagine how ORANGE my eyes will look!!!
I took Dark Peach for myself.
It is darker than my actual skin colour but nicely blends in with the whole face!
I am serious!
So ladies, please do not give this a miss.
I love Bobbi Brown.
You can see a lot of Bobbi Browns in my make up bag.
1 day I will just take a pic and show what's in there and you will not imagine how much make up I wear.
Ok so here comes what I have been waiting for to launch.
Her Closet launches her very first design of shawls.
Uniquely done and the only one in town.
This was initially suggested by my mommy and I picked up her idea and redesigned it.
We brainstormed and went in search of great materials to put this together.
It had been fun and satisfying.
We designed it for those who love wearing the shawl the current style ie showing the inner scarf.
But honestly, I cannot imagine looking like this for Hari Raya.
On casual days, yes, I do.
The look is very casual. Shawl bersepah also cantik.
Trust me, I love the bersepah look!
*lol*
So we designed it too for the ladies who I know would not go for the above look.
So with the same shawl, this is how you can wear it.
I love details and looking into it whenever I do anything!
Material is heavy enough to sit nicely on your shoulders but not on the head.
Good quality laces.
Have the shawl follow your face, the way you like it!
Available in 5 colours!!
Limited pieces!!
You will have to own it to love it!
xoxo
