Celebrating love on Valentine's Day, I attended an ex-IBM colleague wedding of mine.
Since we were previously teammates, I have been looking forward to her wedding.
So did my mom and so the WHOLE family was invited.

*chuckles*

Though I have yet to succeed in the chapter of love, I share the joy of those who found their life partners.
It is definitely not an easy job and once it is overcomed, obviously there is a reason to celebrate.

So here was the wedding, held at Fort Canning Centre.
Lovely decor. Fantastic music band and of course, most importantly, a gorgeous bride.
It was my first time attending something very Arab-oriented.

For a dinner occasion, I always don't know what to wear.
Of course if it was a kenduri bawah blok, I would just sarong a baju kurung.
Trust me, to even think about an all-black outfit took me almost an hour.

Am I a woman or whatttt!?!?

*lol*

The newly-weds

The dancing kings and queens and onlookers

Found a potential heartbreaker

The family

The very few familiar faces I see almost daily for the past 3 years in IBM.

Our goodbye

After it all, we headed for coffee. Our normal coffee nights.
I think I have been moving around quite a bit that people (ladies of course) noticed and dropped me a 'hello' mail.
Wah! Like that stress you know.
What if one day ah I just don't feel like dressing up?
What if I wear baju pasar (not that I have been to the market for more than a decade) in town and caught sight?

Mati larrrrr

Hey! I am highly flawed.
For I am only human a woman.

Here is to the parents who did a loving closing picture to commemorate Valentine's Day.

My own celebration of Love?
Well, it is still a long long road ahead of me.
