It was a good weekend!
My weekend started on Friday cos finally I took an MC.
Went to the doc on a Thurs night, came back home and slept at 9.30pm with my make up on!!
Woke up only at 12 noon the following day.
Sms-ed my Team Lead at 7.45am after 3 attempts trying to type out an sms.
Aper nak buat? Kepala tngh biol!


It was probably the rest that i needed though i was still replying to emails at 2pm.

It was so-called my free day since i am officially off-duty
And feeling a little better that day somehow made me feel obligated to go out and shop
Anyway I had to...
Remember I mentioned I had to attend a colleague's daughter bday party?
So must go and buy for her a present lar..
She is only 2. So I had mommy to advise me what to buy for a 2 year old.

Heh! Its good enough I went shopping only. Mom wanted me to go to the gym.
Gym?!?!?
With my blocked nose and i wasnt breathing properly...

So I got the present and here i was while waiting for mum to pick out a shoe she liked at Metro Paragon..

Saturday was more fun.
Cos I started my day early.
Me and Ef had to attend to a meeting at AMP at 10am. Or that was what they mentioned. Only to know that it was supposed to start at 11am.
Gasak ler...
Knowing me and Ef, we came in at 11am. *lol*


Finally I had some quality time with her.
Baby came for lunch and we ate at kedai kopi atas cos i miss the chicken cutlet.
I used to have it once a week whenever i will be teaching at AMP.

Yes! We were enjoying...



and here is the sleepy star who hasnt slept since the night before due to her night shift.

From there, me and baby headed to me colleagues place at Pasir Ris.
It was convenient since i was already in Pasir Ris. But due to the weather conditions, I took a cab still to get to his block.

When i got there, I was stunned by the spread of food they serve
The whole event was grand for a 2-year-old-girl's birthday bash.
Out side was buffet which serves about 11 dishes.
Desserts.
Inside was 4 more dishes with a kepala babi.
Did you see it?



And there is the birthday girl when i passed to her her present.
Apparently she couldnt wait but to open it.
And mine was the only presents she opened.












Here was her birthday cake. So huge!
Kalah korang yang tunang!!













And she changed her dress just for the cake cutting ceremony!
And the dress colour matches the cake! Did you notice that?!?








Once the cake was cut, the father opened up huge party poppers and champagne bottles.
Aper nak buat? This is not the Philippines.
Else I bet the father would have fireworks! Cos i know the Filipinos are fond of fireworks







And then the father opened 2 bottles of champagne!



My colleague then threw chocolate coins on the floor and the children were more than happy to rush for it.

I didnt miss my share of thrills too...
On my way back (went back early cos i was so hot and cant wait to get into a shopping centre) I saw Ben & Jerry's!!!
And this pampered tongue of mine was in desperate need of something cooling

It was another gym session that night. Now i am going to the gym like 3 or 4 times a week.

I have not gotten over the superb food till today

I indulged in ayam penyet at Lucky Plaza plus dier punya gado-gado and sup buntut... gerek!!!
Ein sampai mabuk lonteh eh.. *lol*

And today was Mee Hoon Tom Yam at Food Culture at Century Square for lunch.



Now you see why I am not losing weight even after the gym efforts?
*lol*
But I am having hunger pangs these couple of days!!
